My name is Kyra. I originate from a Caribbean island called Curacao. And have lived there most my life till i moved to the Netherlands in 2025 to continue my studies in Communication and Multimedia Design. I've always been a creative child, from making resin pendants to crafting interactive scrapbooks. But my love for digital design started way back when i was 14 and discovered people were making cute profile pictures for themselves and each other.
So using Picsart and my phone, i got to editing and designing. I very quickly advanced in the skill, and invested in better editing apps. Fast forward (and all my childhood pocketchange later) i am now designing professionally when commissioned, while also trying to figure out what kind of online store i'd like to open up. I create design elements and themes for websites and programs like notion and discord. I create icons and themes for mobile devices. I like drawing digitally on the side. And ive even created a few brands. Anytime i get to play with colors, images and shapes i feel zen.
Terms of Service
When purchasing a commission or digital item from me, you agree to these Terms of Service. I have the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to your order.
Payments:
Partial payment is required before work begins.
• Once work has started, refunds are not available. Except in cases where I am unable to complete the commission.
• Clients are responsible for providing clear and accurate information.
• Major changes after approval may result in additional fees.
Unsupported Themes:
I have the right to decline any commission without need for explanation. However i am sure to refuse any themes supporting:
- Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
- Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or religious hatred
- Explicit sexual content involving minors
- Non-consensual, exploitative, or abusive themes
- Content that promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activity
- AI training, NFT minting, or blockchain-related use
Without explicit written permission, you may NOT:
- Claim the design as your own
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the design
- Modify the design and present it as original work
- Use the design for AI training or datasets
- Use the design in hateful, harmful, or illegal contexts
- Upload the design to print-on-demand platforms for resale
- Create NFTs or blockchain-based assets from the design
All designs remain the intellectual property of Kyra, unless explicitly transferred in writing. Purchasing a design grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design for its intended purpose only.
I retain the right to display commissioned or sold work in portfolios, social media, or promotional materials and credit myself as the creator of the work.
Violation of these terms may result in revoked usage rights and legal action if necessary.
